- Pre-Registration ends May 16 , 2008. Any registration received after May 16 , 2008 will not be processed and will be returned. Onsite registrations may still be available after this date. Call 416-423-0075 or email conference@idaontario.com
- Attendees may register online (preferred) or by mail. Registrations are NOT accepted via telephone. Onsite registration will be available, space permitting.
- All information on the Registration Form must be complete and accurate for your registration to be processed
- Registration will not be processed without full payment
- Receipts and Confirmation of Registration will be by email only

- A limited number of full scholarships are available to qualified applicants. Please click here to download the application form.
Members and Students
- IDA members must include their Membership Identification Number on the registration form to be eligible for the member rate. Please email info@interdys.org if you do not know your membership number.
- Students must provide proof of full-time student status to access the student rate. Please email or mail a copy of your student ID within 24 hours of online registration or send a copy with your mail-in registration form.
Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation deadline is April 26, 2008; there will be no refunds for cancellations of any type or for no-shows after this date. Please mail written notification of cancellation to: IDA, Ontario Branch, 250 Donlea Drive, Toronto, ON, M4G 2N2
- Notifications must be received on or before April 26, 2008. A processing fee of $20 for each individual refund will be assessed.
- Cancellations received on or before April 26, 2007, will be eligible for a 50% refund, less the $20 processing fee.
- Cancellations after April 26, 2008, will not be eligible for a refund.
All refunds will be processed 6 – 8 weeks after the Annual Conference. |
